Winter fun in Primary One
22nd Jan 2015
We have had a busy start to our second term in Primary One. We were delighted to discover that our playroom had been transformed into a Frozen castle to begin our new topic, Winter. We have explored freezing and melting by making Elsa’s hands and carrying out an experiment to investigate where ice melts the fastest. In numeracy, we collected information in a graph about our favourite Frozen characters. Elsa was by far the most popular. We even built an igloo from bau play blocks. We also wrapped up warm and braved the cold for a Winter walk in our school grounds.
