TAMHI Workshops in P6: Targeting our Mental Health

On Monday 3rd October we started our workshops with TAMHI (Talking About Mental Health Issues).

We are learning more about the importance of a positive attitude for our well-being and how we need to think about how our behaviour affects others’ mental health too.
