Values	Rationale
Excellence	We recognise we are called to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. We have a calling to embrace the talents, abilities, and holistic development of all children and staff within our school. Excellence is the best version of ourselves.
Inclusion	We recognize, value, and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual in our school. Our environment allows each person to thrive, feel secure, and be nurtured. We celebrate individual talents, gifts, diversity, and the dignity of each person, ensuring inclusion for all.
Respect	As a school we encourage all our children to have self-respect, be respectful of others, including those who they perceive to be different, and to show generosity to others, even with whom they do not agree.
Compassion (caring)	Our compassion and care for our school community is central to all we do. We recognise that we have an interdependent relationship with our neighbours and the wider world. We recognise we are called to make a difference to others especially those in need.
Service (Kindness)	We aim to provide service to others this empowers those in our school to put their talents into action for good purposes, bringing them fulfillment as they meet others’ needs. Our call to service has a current need and a future purpose in life for all members of our community and future learners.
