BREAKING NEWS!

I am both excited and tinged with disappointment to let you know that Primary 3 had 2 black chicks inside the incubator this morning.  I am just sorry that the girls didn’t get to see them.  We do have a second batch in that will hopefully hatch the week we return to school.  The big egg that hatched, the girls had decided to call him ‘Lucky’ as the eggs had went cold for a night so we didn’t think they would hatch.  I didn’t expect a second to hatch, so I am delighted. See Mrs Jackman's page for a more videos. 

The chicks have been returned to Streamvale Farm and are enjoying their new home.  Fingers crossed for batch 2!
